Question I've been having issues and I cannot find a fix!

GFX: Raedon RX 590 Series
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x w/ AMD Stealth Cooler
Memory: 2 8GB Hyper-X DDR4 Sticks
Motherboard: ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING
Power Supply: ThermalTake 700W
HardDrives:
1: 500GB SSD Samsung
2: 2TB External Hard Drive

So, my computer functions normally whenever I do NOT play a game. Although, whenever I play games (Destiny 2 for example) after a while, the monitors turn black, and my GPU fans ramp up in speed. I have tested the thermal throttling and that is not the issues, I have been dealing with this for weeks and I just want it fixed. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I believe the PSU is "SmartSeries" though I could be wrong.
And GPU temps never go over 60 C, 225W

Without knowing what resolution/settings you are gaming at, try turning them, or features of, down and see what happens.

Most of my settings are on low, I don't really care for graphics over gameplay.

That didn't change any results. I have tried a different GPU (MSI 1050ti) and it yielded the same issues mentioned previously

Nothing that I can troubleshoot/haven't troubleshooted before
