Question I've been having issues since my first BIOS update

About a week ago, i decided to update my BIOS because i was having an Overclock issue. the newer BIOS fixed the issue but now my PC has been acting up.

Before i decide to update my BIOS to newer version, is there anything that can cause this that isn't caused by the BIOS update?

I've been getting
-Random Blue Screen error reboots
-Chrome Froze my PC
Apex legends minimizing randomly mid game and crashed with an engine error.

This happened within a week after i updated BIOS.

Any suggestions?
