Ever since I got my AsRock X670E Steel Legend I've been noticing some strange occurrences with it. When I first put my PC together my PC would not post and the CPU had a blinking red light and the DRAM had a solid red light.

After I took apart everything and put it back together again it turned on and everything worked fine for the most part, except that sometimes when I put my PC to sleep it would turn on by itself. I don't know what causes this issue, but it only happens when I put it to sleep.
hen I turn it off completely it does not turn off by itself.

But recently I I faced another issue. Two days ago when I turned on my PC it took a lot longer to reach the windows main screen than usual. It usually takes under 30 seconds to reach it, but this time it took at least over a minute to reach it. Last night I had a very strange occurrence. I turned on my PC expecting it to boot to Windows as usual, but it didn't reach the main Windows screen at all. The fans were spinning in my PC and everything seemed to be working fine, as there were no lights on the PC indicating any issues with the CPU, DRAM or any other components in the PC, but my PC would just not boot into Windows at all.

Because it was stuck like that I held the power button on my case to turn off the PC. When I turn my computer on I was met with a black screen with white text saying that my PC was scanning and repairing the C drive and showed a number percentage going up. Once it 100% I was met with a black screen and then a blue screen that said had bold text labeled Automatic Repair and underneath that it said that my PC did not load correctly and that I have the option to restart my PC to see if that fixes the problem.

After I did that and turned on my PC again I reached a blue screen that said that my PC ran into an unexpected problem and gave me the option to restart, so I did. After I did this my PC boot up the windows as normal and everything seems to be working fine so far, but these issues that have been facing seem to be something to take notice of.

Do you guys have any sort of explanation for why these things are happening? Do you have any explanation as to why my PC sometimes turns on by itself when it is set the sleep mode and why my PC had to scan and repair the C drive in order boot into Windows?

Look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.

One or both tools may have captured some error codes, warnings, or even informational events during the course of the described events.

Clicking any given entries will reveal more details. The details may or may not be helpful. Google as necessary.

Start with Reliability History - much more user friendly and presents the information via a time line that can reveal problems.

Event Viewer requires much more time and effort to navigate and understand.
