Question I've been trying to flash stock ROM on my mobile phone but I'm facing some unusual issues ?

Hey guys, i have been trying to flash stock ROM on a Panasonic Eluga I2 Phone but i'm facing some unusual issues. I tried to flash stock rom using SP Flash Tool but after finishing, when i restart my device it's still on the old ROM with all user data. I've tried everything, factory reset, flashing stock rom, format.
Nothing has worked out so far!
