I've GIGABYTE GA-H61M-S1 motherboard. with one 4GB ddr3 1333Mhz COSAIR RAM. Is there any problem if i buy another one?

No there is no problem there... your mobo supports (of course) dual channel so your good to buy another one!

No guarantees when mixing DRAM, but at 1333 chances are pretty good they will play if you get same spec DRAM
