I've got an problem with starting csgo.

good day,
when i launch csgo via steam i get an error wich i will list later below the thread.
i tried everything i saw on youtube i needed to change the .cfg file i did it didnt work either. i hope someone here can help me.

From the mention of dsound.dll, it looks like it's trying to play a sound, but failing due to corruption somewhere. Try running a game cache verify via Steam.
