I've had multiple over-90% CPU load incidents and OVER 100% GPU LOAD.

Is this okay? I haven't even clocked it or changed anything. I've not attempted anything at all.
Over 100% GPU load doesn't sound good and I got a blue screen at one point too. Not GPU related as far as i can tell as that happened a few days ago and I got the blue screen a number of hours ago. Chrome was spiking the CPU load to 90 quite often but then it went back to 4 or so and carried on spiking to ~30. I searched this up and apparently Chrome causes the blue screen sometimes.

I asked my friend but he doesn't know so I need your help guys.

Chrome can chew up quite a bit of CPU time if it's busy decoding videos or executing poorly written javascript.

Ok this is a big prob. Laptop's problems are that you have an invisible backup image that has the potential of getting infection like the os. Win 7? Did you uninstall chrome. I am shying away from chrome and going more towards Firefox. Plus this can be a potential virus. Whats been going on like dling any games is it a pirated os?

Yes, your CPU/GPU seems to be running quite high. Try using a different browser and disabling the AV and/or any other software you are running. Give a list of the softwares you are running including the OS and antivirus, so that some specific suggestions can be given.
