Today I built a PC for my friend and plugged in every single needed connector and closed the case turned it on and the monitor wasn't getting signal but LEDs and fans vere on.
I've even tried to plug the monitor to Xbox and it worked. And I tried to uninstall the card and plug the HDMI cable into MB's HDMI output and same with DisplayPort.
And another thing I've tried was to remove the CMOS battery and put it back, nothing happened or even doing something with the ram. I'm just out of ideas

List your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:

You won't get any video output from the board(whatever the chipset is) since you're working with a Ryzen processor, not a Ryzen APU.
