[SOLVED] I've OCed my RAM to 3200, how do I test their stability?

I went from 3000 mhz to 3200 on 2 sticks of TeamGroup T-Force Delta RGB 16GB DDR4 3000MHz CL16. How do I check them now? In games they run just fine by now.

Also: Do you think it's damaging them to OC from 3000 to 3200? Cause if it does, then I'll just revert.
