I've recently ran into an issue starting just last weekend where (only on my computer) my connection is fine for 5 minutes when connecting to a game- but as soon as I'm maybe 5 minutes into using the service, I no longer hold a connection unless I restart my computer. I am on a wired ethernet connection and I'm able to use discord for about 5 minutes until it cuts out and I hear no one talking and I'm forced to reconnect. The same issue is happening with all the games I play, League of Legends, Rainbow Six siege etc.. my connection and ping are perfectly fine its just that maybe 5 minutes into it I'm forced to restart the connection overall.

I used a WinMTR to try to trace my connection using one of the league of legends servers and this was a result I encountered.

Overall I was wondering what I could do to try to fix this? This computer is fairly new around 6 months and I think it would be a shame if I had to get a new network card.

That sounds to me more like a Discord connection problem. In Googling about it I found many such issues with the service. The easy way to verify this of course is try playing with and without Discord.

I know squat about Discord though, so if there's any connection fix guides out there for Discord, I'll let you or someone more experienced with it to try your hand at it. Report back what you find, as it may help others.
