I've run out of space on my laptop, hp pavilion 1245 dx, running windows 7 total space 285 gigs, less then 7 now, how do I fix

Hi my name is ron, and I have this issue. On my c drive I have less then 7 gigs. of space out of 285, How can I fix the issue of space. can anybody help with this, ever so grateful

Delete programs and files u don't use often that will free up space

Buy an external hard drive or flash drive and migrate files or upgrade to a bigger internal hard drive.

Use something like WinDirStat or SpaceSniffer to help you find and locate large and/or unused files.
