I have used Weller equipment since the 70's. Simply the best get-it-done soldering stations. I burned my fingers a couple of times when I was a rookie. You either learn the proper way to use it or find a harmless tool to play with.

If you have extra cash, it never hurts to have a desoldering tool or wick.
And some heat shrink tubing for splicing cables together.
Extra hands holder is always great, as is a table clamp.

Solder sucker is a good tool. I bought a Weller dersoldering station that uses suction, I purchased years ago. The unit is used on occasion.
