You might want to consider getting an i5 4670k instead of an i7 (if you're only using the pc for gaming), and spending a little extra on a better gpu. An i5 will be the same performance in most games, and only marginally worse performance (no more than ~5% less) in cpu intensive games.
At 1080p the gtx 770 would be a great choice (anything more would be a bit overkill), but for 1440p you might not be able to play some games at max settings.
If you don't mind higher power consumption, you could go for an r9 290. You can get them for around 350 euros, but if you get one, make sure to get one with an aftermarket cooler (like the sapphire toxic edition, etc.).

If you'll be overclocking, you'll need a third party cpu cooler. Something like...

Yes u should be fine to play on ultra, excellent CPU and graphics card. Only thing that you should think about is overclocking. Because you want to buy a K class CPU (which are the only ones overclockable), yet you havnt included an after market CPU cooler, because for overclocking the default CPU cooler just isn't enough. And if your worried about temps and are putting your CPU through intensive loads, the default cooler may not be enough as well. What I'm saying is if you don't want to overclock, save money with a non K model pc but if you want to over clock be ready to by a decent after market cooler

If you'll be overclocking, you'll need a third party cpu cooler. Something like a cooler master hyper 212 should suffice for a mild overclock, and should be pretty quiet if you choose not to overclock.
If you're not overclocking, I'd go for a non-k cpu and consider a h87 motherboard if you can find one with all the features you need.

You don't really need 16GB of RAM for gaming, but if you'll be running a lot of background programs whilst gaming (keeping lots of tabs in browser open, etc.), you'll probably see some benefit from this.

Are you getting an SSD for this build? I'd recommend one, even if it's only a 120GB SSD for your OS, programs and maybe a few games.
