I've tried almost everything -- newly built system keeps crashing!

Hey guys, I'm at a loss. About two weeks ago, my friend helped me build my first computer, and neither of us can figure out this problem. We've double and triple checked that everything is plugged in properly, and have done nothing to overwork the system (no over clocking, high end gaming, 3D designing, anything of the sort). He has built over 20 high end computers, and has never seen an issue this problematic and stubborn in size.

When I first start my pc, it works fine. Every shut off and turn on, it does Windows updates and such. It works for about 5 uses, then after that it will freeze anywhere between 30 seconds to 10 minutes into use. If any sound is playing, it gets stuck in a god awful tone loop, and the mouse and keyboard both freeze and become useless. This requires a hard reset. I have booted in safe mode, and it works. I've tried totally reinstalling windows; deleting the .old files and everything on my pc (it's pretty much brand new so I have nothing on it worth backing up) like 4 times now. That just brings me back to square one -- 5ish uses, then freezing. I haven't ever installed anything risky or untrusted in the system, so I know it isn't a virus or anything.

I also don't have a spare build/extra parts to check what's the problem through replacement, unfortunately. I just joined this site out of sheer desperation (I have never even posted on a forum before, LOL. So I apologize ahead of time if this is in the wrong subject or something dumb like that), because both my friend and I are at a total loss. I'm not the most tech savvy by any means, so I'm kind of stressing out. I didn't shell out almost $600 bucks on part time minimum wage for a broken computer! Anyways, below is my parts list, names copied exactly from my newegg cart. ANY help is greatly appreciated as I am ripping my hair out trying to get this thing running like it should!

I have posted this thread word for word on newegg, but a friend said that I should post here to get a better chance of finding an answer. Thank you SO much for anyone able to help me!
