Hi , I got a virus called url:mal in my pc & it is posing as an addon in firefox as Site Navigation 0.9.1, I got the free version of Avast & got the Anti malware bytes pro & Avast seems to be detecting it but cannot remove it , I've run a scan with Malwarebytes but no luck & I've also tried adwarecleaner, rkill & combofix but it still there , I've even tried to remove it from firefox manually , tried disabling it & even tried resetting the firefox but it keeps coming back after I reopen the browser

Solution
Nasty viruses will negate many recovery options. You may be faced with the need to do a clean install.

Try booting in safe mode with your windows install dvd and try to use system restore back to a known good point.

No , I've heard about removing viruses manually but never tried that before can you instruct me how I mean I know how to go in safe mode by tapping f8 but then what?

But wouldn't the virus trigger back if I use system restore? Can't I just make another user account & delete this one? along with it's files

If you restore back to a point before you had the infection, no, it won't come back.

Manually removing a virus usually doesn't work. It puts pieces of itself in LOTS of places.
A disguised entry in the Registry will find that, and reinstall itself.

I'll try that & report back to you , I think ESET online scanner has detected it

Okay I think I managed to remove it , I went into safe mode & ran a scan with Anti malware bytes & then with AdwCleaner & then restarted my pc It was still in my web browser but Avast wasn't detecting it no more & I deleted it from the addonslist & restarted the browser 5 or 6 times & even restarted my pc & it wasn't there 😀
