Question Ive tried everything to fix my Windows 10 Updates and nothing works PLEASE HELP!

i STARTED WITH SFC /SCANNOW AND IT STOPS AT 28% SO THEN I MOVED TO THE DISM commands and those wont work either so when i went into advanced startup it wont accept my passdword for some reason and i even changed it multiple times and its accurate so that doesnt make sense either! I restarted multiple times and tried to keep Updating but i just get this ERROR CODE: 0x8007000d
Ive spent days on tech websites and i cant get anything to work what do i do?

You can give this a try

Open Start, type: CMD
Right click CMD
Click Run as administrator

Type each of the following then hit Enter

Run these codes:
Net Stop bits
Net Stop wuauserv
Net Stop appidsvc
Net Stop cryptsvc
Ren %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bak
Ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak
Net Start bits
Net Start wuauserv
Net Start appidsvc
Net Start cryptsvc
After running these commands, check if your issue is fixed.

Restart then try again.
