Do you think Sandy Bridge is in direct competition to Ivy Bridge?

Ivy Bridge will be the replacement for Sandy Bridge. They may co-exist for a while, but it doesn't really make sense to talk of direct competition between two product lines from the same company.

Thanks I read it not that much a difference really.Not to get rid of a 2 month old MBP with sandy bridge for the ivy bridge model.
