I somehow found this when exploring my device manager and it showed a yellow bang on the IWD Bus Enumerator, i looked around on the internet and there was a fix to install the driver in Command Prompt.

This is what i did:

1) Hold down the Windows logo key and press “X” to open a menu at the lower-left area of the screen.
2) Select the Command Prompt for Administrator.
3)Type “C:\windows\system32\” and press Enter.
4)Type “intelwidivad64.exe /install” and press Enter.
5)Close the Command Prompt.
6)Check the Device Manager if the Yellow Bang mark is not seen.

And it worked, except till i restarted my pc. The error appeared again.
I'm not sure what is causing this, every driver i have is up-to-date and i also updated my BIOS to make sure, but with no luck (pc is working fine, but i don't feel good with this error)

Set hidden device to show in device manager. You'll see two IWD bus enumerator devices list there. Uninstall the one with the yellow ? mark and restart,.

Also you can try downloading and installing the latest Intel WiDi from intel website.

Turning on the hidden devices in the manager doesn't show me a 2nd IWD bus enumerator,
i tried that before but i didn't mention it in my post (sorry for that) i will try the WiDi u just told me

EDIT: Is there a specific WiDi file i need to download? because there are 5 different WiDi softwares for win 8.1

Installing WiDi didn't work, my system wasn't compitable somehow, even though i met the requirements.
