Ok, I was planning on getting an Asus K7N415-D, but with all the good talk about the IWILL xp333 (and due to the fact that it's cheaper...) I'm not sure which to get! Will the 128-bit memory architechture really give me that much more performance? How does the IWill's onboard sound compare to the Nforce's? Will setting the Iwill's FSB to 166 overclock my processor(I'm guessing it will)? And if it does, how far? I'm using an Athlon XP 1800+, if the multiplier is set to 11.5(which it is right??) I'll be running over 1900MHz!!! What kind of cooling would I need for that?! I really don't want to have to unlock my processor, but I do want to have a 166Mhz bus. Or does it help that much given the AXP's are only at 133(266ddr)?

Try reading this:
http://www.anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.html?i=1578 <-- Compares the IWill XP333 against other KT266a boards.
The KT266a boards are faster than the nForce ones.

I am just about to get a new PC and am going for the I-Will XP333-R because, it can support such fast ram and the audio is supposed to be good (don't know if its better than the nForce's though). And I want a GF3 Ti 500, and getting an nForce would mean there would not be much point in getting another graphics card
