Question Jabra 75t Elite Active connected with a mac

Hi,

i connected my wireless earbuds with my imac and it works. Mic quality is good i've been told. However, the sound quality when listening to music is bad. Is there a fix to get both to sound good?

Same goes for my Sony MDR-1000X Headphones. Once i used the built-in mic as input, the sound quality is bad and cant be reversed?
