Jabra Elite 65t Sound

My Jabra Elite 65t earbuds were doing super well for a while, but recently my right earbud has been super quiet compared to the left earbud. I move my head and it just becomes more quiet. I've tried resetting/factory resetting them, cleaning them, contacting Jabra (no response for a few days), restarting my phone and resetting earbuds, and moving the balance of the earbuds in my phone. Nothing has worked... How do I fix this?

Contact support for them, probably a hardware issue.
