Question Jabra Evolve 65 bluetooth headsets

Hi there,

My Jabra evolve 65 headsets seems to have bad sound quality only when connected with Bluetooth. When wires, it sounds good but when bluetooth.

Especially when I play League of legends games the pings in-game sound extremely far. Its almost like they sound flat with Bluetooth or with no bass...

Any ideas? thanks

I had a pair of Jabra Evolve 65e and one of the headsets developed a really bad noise that always played, so i replaced them with over ear headphones

Updated all firmware still really bad sound.

Do you use the Dongle?

MY current headset uses bluetooth but no dongle, I can connect to my PC via bluetooth built onto its motherboard, same with my phone and up to 8 devices.

Is it worth mentioning, that there was a mix up originally with this headset(as a bought it from a friend) who said the dongle may not be the correct one for that specific headset. But the sound still works?

If the dongle wasn't actually for this specific headset would i still get sound?

I don't know anything about dongles, i wouldn't know if they all share similar frequencies.

Its possible all Jabra dongles are the same.
