Jagged Edges Everywhere

Hi all of the sudden I turned on my pc and everything is jagged and looks like there is no antialiasing. This is with pretty much everything that is on my screen. Text games videos everything. Please help me with this. Any replies would be great. Thanks!

Everything looks pixelated as well. Mostly pictures and videos.

Are you using the correct resolution for your display?

Yes 1920x1080.

I had an issue when I first tried Windows 10, where my apps and icons seemed giant, I'm not sure if this is your issue, but how I resolved it was to right click on the desktop, click on 'Display settings' then adjust the "Change the size of text, apps, and other items: x%" to 100% (it was defaulted to 150% which looked horrid).

Take a screenshot using PrtScr on your keyboard. Paste your screenshot in Paint using CTRL + V, and post it here. If we can see the problem as described here, your graphics card is causing it. If we can't see it, it's your monitor.
