Jagged edges in game

So I have a monitor with native resolution 1366x768 and whenever i play any game i notice terribly jagged edges and surfaces in the game even though i am play on native resolution with optimal settings. I have a GTX 750ti and a G2020. Even in old 2012-2013 games I get the same issue. I have tried turning on AntiAliasing from Nvidia control panel but it doesn't work. Would really appreciate some help here.
 


Inherently such low resolution will create more than usual jaggies over a what 1080p would show.
But if we assume you are talking about even more jaggedness then generally it is because you are running windows in the resolution that is different from your monitor's native resolution.
Also go to Nvidia control panel and restore the 3d settings to original and enable anti aliasing in the games from the graphics options menu. Jaggies can also occur from accidental reduction in resolution scale in the settings, e.g. if you set it to 50% instead of the default 100% it would be very jagged.

This is all speculation from my part. Please attach a screenshot if possible so we can see what the issue is better.
