Question Jagged edges/Stuttering on all games on PC

I Recently bought a new Radeon Rx 5700 xt from xfx and i got many stuttering and (Jagged edges/anti-aliasing) issues on all games

if you want to know my specs here you go

Intel Core I7-8700
Rx 5700 xt
16GB Ram
650W PSU
Asus ROG STRIX B360-G Gaming Motherboard

did you go from nvidia to AMD? Did you uninstall all previous drivers using DDU first?

Just replaced my Sapphire RX 580 Nitro+ with the Asus Rog Strix RX5700XT getting crazy lag spikes too.
Critical gaming moments always preceded with 1-2... sec lag issues=boom,dead. Card tuns super cool, 35c idle 52c under gaming load max settings, might be throttling

Hey, have you fixed jagged edges and other AA issues? I have this issue since 2018 december. I tried so many things, but none of them worked.
