So I recently built a computer and put in the GTX 660 Ti super clocked. Skyrim ran great until a couple days after I started noticing jagged lines running vertically through my screen. I thought it was vga so I switched to HDMI but that didn't do the trick. Help!

Can you switch your cable to DVI?
Did you do a fresh install of the latest drivers off the Nvidia website after you installed your new card?
Does enabling Adaptive VSync help?
Have you checked your monitor's refresh rate to make sure it is at it's native rate (either 60 hz or 120 hz)?

A few things to check before moving on. If none of that pans out, I would start to consider a defective card.

it actually depends, OP only said he noticed, meaning it could have possibly been there beforehand, but not noticed it, or went to a certain part of the game where it started appearing. due to how brief the summary is, no real conclusion can be made and just random suggestions can be given, as OP had not explained situation thoroughly enough.
