Since my thumb drives spend 99.99% of their time in a drawer, why would I want a builtin camera?
Only one reason why - and, it's a widely grey area that'll cause a lot of controversy in terms of privacy - and, that's "007."

People can use it for espionage.
 
Did you look at the picture of it? Not exactly subtle. Basically an interesting toy.

Besides hidden small cameras have been around for many years at this point, even in the consumer space. Market already filled.
 
Good to hear of Mikuake. Can't wait to see better stuff on it (well, maybe reviews from people with mad hair that need the double barrel dryer...) Flash memory and gaffe camera without commensurate lighting isn't interesting, maybe a set dressing thing with utility stuff...
