Java 1723 dll error install uninstall

I don't know how to fix this Error 1723 - Missing: msi.dll file

I'm actually trying to uninstall Java version 6: 64 bit and 32 bit on my laptop. I can't uninstall and I can't reinstall due to this error. I've tried to fix with JAVARA patch, but that didn't work. It seems to me that I may need to fix the MS Installer file. But want to check with you first.
