java and flash install problems

when ever I try to install have updates or flash updates the install stops responding, this is on an alianware 18 laptop runni

Can you please try updating the programs from Safe Mode?

If the above suggestion fails, depending on how you are performing the updates, you can try Updating the Programs in Compatibility Mode.

If even the second suggestion doesn't help, you can try to Scan Windows 10 for Errors and the OS fix them automatically for you.

After this, you can retry updating the programs.
