Java isn't working ....

Hi there, my brother just received a new laptop, so i update everything and i tried to download the drivers for his gpu (gtx 950m), but it says that i need to download Java first ..... the thing is that i already downloaded it ....
I also tried to shut down the pc, but nothing ... :/

Help PLEASE 🙁

some browser now dont let java install. (firefox is one of them) if you need java download crome and under advance settings turn it on.
