Java not working?

I recently got GTA V for PC. After I installed it, it asked for a Rockstar Social Club account. I can't to create an account or activate GTA V because when I select Join Social Club, it brings me to an incomplete looking page. If anyone knows what is wrong please help. If you haven't already check to make sure you have the most current version of chrome web browser. Can you try and open the URL in internet exploder? This seems to be a browser issue.

Yes I have tried Internet explorer and have the same issue.

Are you running some sort of popup/ad blocker?
Have you tried uninstalling chrome and reinstalling again?

I will try both. Do you think it could have something to do with Java?

I honestly don't know... I suppose you could download JAVA and try again.

Neither worked. Have also uninstalled and downloaded Java again. Didn't seem to fix it.
