java platform se binary has stopped working FTB

so the game starts up fine, but when I hit the record button on d3dgear i get this error message.
It does not happen all the time but mostly. If i hit record while the game is loading up instead of waiting until I am in the game playing it works. I dont understand how can i fix this error message

Try this: Uninstall Java then install the latest version.

I have tried this and it still does the same thing
