Java security issue

Hi all,
I have installed Java 7 update 51 again and again on the Oracle website. Still, each time I log into a site to watch content it gives me this-

"Application blocked by security settings
Your security settings have blocked a signed application from running."

What do you think- its a virus? Can I do something?

Hi rgd1101, thanks for posting the link...
I find it useful to know that many others suffer from this warning.

What I didnt understand is weather I have a hotfix or something I can do about it...
Can you figure it out?
