Question Javascript is not enabled ?

hi.
When I go to a webpage that uses Javascript, example “Youtube” I get a message in top right Javascript wa blocked on this page. I get a blank window. I check site settings and it shows “sites can use Javascript”

Can anybody help me how to unblock Javascript ?

The only extension I have on is QuickJava switch extension.
I turned it off and still get the same error message.
