JBL Everest 700 Bluetooth button is stuck

My JBL Everest 700 Bluetooth button is stuck in. Does anyone know anywhere I can get this fixed?

I can't see a sufficiently clear image of those headphones but I wanted to see if a needle might help. It's worth trying it gently, going in at a tight angle to the edge of the button

Ok thanks, I'll try to see if it works

EDIT: I tried and it did not work. I removed the button piece to see the inside and I could not get the inside button to come out. Maybe I really should have bought a case for it before taking it to school🙁

That's bad luck.

The maker's website should provide a telephone number for a Help Desk. Maybe they can give you some information.
