Jean Carlos, the prodigee with only 9 years old, that had attracted the
views of Manchester United and others top clubs in Europe, moved to Santos
FC.
Santos cannot hire the player at this age, but agreed with the young
player family to develop him at its youth academy.
The family has already moved to Santos city, and his former club promiss
to go to court to cancel the agreement.

Is there not a FIFA/UEFA rule that says you can not poach under 16's from
another country anyway?

Though will he turn out to be a Cherno Samba or Wayne Rooney/Diego/Robinho
