Two different ram modules
Same CL17
Same 288 pin
Same speed 2400mhz
only difference - jedec pc4 19200u vs 19200
Same voltage
Will they work together?

if they both have jedec 19200 (not xmp 2400) then it should work

BUT that china thing from ebay looks fishy
1) it says that picture may not match final product

go for that 2x kingston that one is cl17 and ull get much better support if something goes bad
