What do you mean "jerky"? Could be low FPS or that your VSync is turned off.

Are you talking about the Playstation Game or the PC Game?
If the PC game, what are your system specifications?

As the PC version only requires a 600Mhz+ CPU and 128Mb of RAM, either you really need a new computer or you are having some serious issues with your current one.
