JFP2 Connector for MSI Gaming 5 z97 motherboard?

I am new to computer building and so I noticed that in the manual, it says I should plug something into the JFP2 pins. I can't find the cable that is supposed to go in it. What is it labeled and what does it look like. When I plug in my speakers in the audio jack, it comes out scratchy and sounds like it's static-y. But when I use a USB headphones, it's just fine. HELP.

the JFP2 pins are for the front panel, take the front panel cable and connect it with these pins, and for the audio it might be the audio jack or the port itself
