Hi there,
I've just installed a new Asus GTX770 in my system today, and as soon as I installed and booted up Battlefield 4 I noticed some performance issues regardless of the graphics being set to ultra or low. It's not a problem with framerates as such, rather the performance is jittery and not as silky smooth as I'd expect, even on offline mode. This happens on some other, older games I tried out aswell. Drivers are up to date. Here are the rest of my system specs:
Asus GTX770 2g
Phenom II X4 995 @ 3.2ghz
4 gigs of ram
650 watt antec earthwatts psu

I'm pretty sure I should be silky smooth on ultra but I'm not even playable on the lowest settings. The situation is getting me pretty down :O
The only thing I can think is that my system is bottlenecking somewhere else.
Thanks for your time,
Gary

You should be running at least 8Gb of ram.... and maybe your PSU just barely pass's using it with the GTX 770... also you might want to overclock that CPU to at least 3.6Ghz-4Ghz...
