Joke build - If you have no budget

I have recently thought of the best rig that could be built ever. I know that this is not serious, but so far I have come up with this:

-4 more SSDs (preferably about 1TB ones)
-2 more disk drives (If it can fit it WHY NOT?)
-5 more of the same monitor (3 in a row on the bottom, 3 on the top)
-Some insanely expensive monitor arms to hold your insanely expensive monitors
-Many Case Fans

With fast SSD's you don't need raid. Just a fast SSD and a large HDD for storage.
If there is no budget, and you need more storage then get a NAS which will utilize RAID to get better throughput and data redundancy and which can be available to multiple machines.
