journal updating?

Does anyone else sometimes have all of their journal entries act like
they've been updated, so they are all marked as 'unread'? This happens to me
sometimes for no reason, and other times it seems to happen when a single
quest is updated. Is there a way to fix this?

Happens sometimes when I load a saved game, haven't noticed otherwise. I
usually just reclick all of them.
