So recently I stumbled upon the fact that you can use steering wheels for driving in PC games, and joysticks for flying in PC games. Watching videos of these devices in action really took me back to the times I used a steering wheel on the Xbox 360 and going to the arcade to play those flying games with joysticks. So that leads me into wanting to buy both of these things to use for myself, and I want to know; 1.) are there a lot of games that support joystick and steering wheels? 2.) How would I go about keeping these devices secure on my desk temporarily during game use?

Also, I found this Steering wheel: Logitech G29 Driving Force Race Wheel + Logitech G Driving Force Shifter Bundle, and I am stuck between these two joysticks: Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick or Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X Flight Stick Joystick. I'm stuck between these two because the Thrustmaster has a throttle while the Logitech one does not, so I'm unsure which one is better. But guys this is something I think I will really enjoy so if these questions can be cleared up I would really appreciate it!

Yes, any driving or flying game will work with joysticks, and I have played MechWarrior with a joystick, runs great that way. Did you even look at the devices for compatibility? The racing wheel for example has a list.

If the device does not have a clamp or some sort of weighed base or suction, you can use velcro.

Make sure whatever you are looking at has the right support that is current. Some of the devices can be old and will not run well on new computers.

For quality, I would get the Thrusmaster over the Logitech one you picked easily.
