JPG VIEWING

Hello, HI!
situation is this - had some work done on my laptop - OS is windows 7... since that date i am undable to open the jpeg for viewing .. file name is there - no pix's ! is this a drive problem? how do i correct this situation ... have taken the LAP back to the people that did the work originally . aparently the techies there don't have a clue ...HELP !

Are there any error messages? Does the fle open but nothing is there?

I bet its an association issue, your computer just doesnt know which program to use to open the file.
