js my gpu or mobo fried?? and if I just need to reset my cmos battery how do I do that in my rig???

Hi I have Intel pentium dual core e6600, 6 gigs of ddr3 ram and gt 710 2gb ddr3 gpu, mine motherboard is a nec one don't know which model and I had over clocked my gpu to core clock +320 an memory clock +350 so if my gpu is fried could it possibly burn my motherboard too mine gpu was a passively cooled one and sometimes playing graphic heavy games like mad max and asc unity th temperature went as high up to 75 degrees to 85 degrees not more than that and I used to get easy 25-40 fps in both on low to med settings I know that card ain't for gaming but then also I wanna know could the card and motherboard be possibly fried. And my gpu was only a month only a month old it was a new 2016 galax model and could possibly overclocking would have done any harm but I guess cards come with a auto shutdown function if the overclocking exceeds the cards limits mine also did the same an my overclocking was stable and safe I guess

When I start my pc my processor fans and the other fans work and the light also glows but there is no windows beep and the screen just remains dark and the pc says no signal input found and the monitor goes into sleep mode and that's it so will th above video possibly solve my problem?? Does my cmos bios settings need to be reset and will I have to replace my cmos battery an what will that be worth?? Sry for typing so long and thx for any replys

And if I reset my cmos battery will my every windows setting and my bios will be reset.an will my will file be deleted

The first thing I'd check is the ram. Take one stick out and see if it boots. If not, try with the other stick. If the motherboard was bad, I don't think the fans would spin. I'd say it's either the gpu or the ram. It could also be the psu but I'd take it one step at a time.
