Judge how much this system is worth

Hey there, I was looking to buy a system second-hand, with inspection of course. Of course when buying used you not only take a risk, but the money saved could possibly be very substantial.
I looked around and found a nice build, and after inquiring about it here's what I've been able to get too.

Specifications
CPU - i7 4770K - Overclocked to a stable 4.5 GHz, temps are idle at 40 C.
CPU Water Cooler - Corsair H100i
Motherboard - Asus Maximus VI Hero - Z87 LGA 1150
RAM - 16Gb RipjawsX 1866 MHz
Video Card - ASUS GTX 760
PSU - EVGA Supernove NEX750G - 750W 80 Plus Gold.
Case - BitFenix Shinobi XL with Window.
Memory - Wester Digital 1TB Caviar Green + Seagate Barracuda 1TB.
Disk Drive - Asus 24x RW - HP 16x RW
Custom 230mm fan - RED
Custom 140mm fan - RED

he also stated that:
"All the parts have their corresponding box, receipts and accessories."

I've managed to get down to $950CAD, (aprox. 775USD) do you guys think that is worth it or should I keep going lower? If so, how low? Please help me out guys! Thanks.

Reduce the price because of the low quality PSU, and because its OCED. When you OC, it reduces life span so maybe 25$ there.

What is your alternative?

You could buy the parts on ebay. Search for them in used condition and then filter on completed auctions.
In green you will see what the parts actually sold for.

Generally a seller gets less for a whole pc because buyers may not want exactly the same parts.

Put together a build with your own list of parts and see how it compares.
