jumper on the HIS HD4670 AGP card

I finally heard back from the HIS support team about the jumper:

The default setting of the jumper on board, you can refer below.

1-2pin ----- HDMI can output sound. That is default setting.
2-3pin ----- no sound output.

That page is for the H467QS1GHA card. I presume the jumper has the same function on the H467Q1GHDA.

Q: What is the difference between cards designated as H467Q1GHDAP versus H467Q1GHDA ?

... to which they replied ...

A: That is a same design / Layout, the package is different.

The former has 1746Mhz memory speed; latter has 1600 (DDR)

Former has lower OpenGL version; compare the 2 on the HIS site in OP

What are the specific links? Because I am certain that the P just signifies having been originally sold in retail packaging. There are other model numbers, such as H467QS1GHA, which have the slower clock speeds (for example see http://www.hisdigital.com/un/product2-535.shtml ) whereas the H467Q1GHDA has the faster clock speed (fastest ever made for this card) (see http://www.hisdigital.com/un/product2-448.shtml )
