Jumper settings for sound card

I have an old sound card which has a jumper as seen in picture 1:

Where should I put the blue jumper on the 8 group of pins?

Take that jumper off.
Where it is sitting now, it shorts the microphone to positive, which could damage the card.
The pins, according to the label are: Left (speaker), Right (speaker) Mic(rophone) and Positive. The bottom are all negative.
They aren't really for jumpers
