Question Junk motherboard?

Hey guys I've got an Asus P5N-D motherboard that boots to the bios screen but won't let me go any further. I was using a wireless keyboard and thinking that was the issue I went out and got a wired keyboard, that didn't work. I tried every USB slot and I got nothing. Is there anything I can do?

Ok looking ahead what if that doesn't work? I might add that the pci-e 1 slot is giving me issues for some reason the second one works.

Believe me I'm working on it. I got it to boot but for some reason the first PCI-E slot isn't working. If I were to unsolder a slot from another board and toss it in the one I have would that work?
