JUSB3 and JUSB4?

Hi, I'm building my first PC, and on my motherboard, there are two places to connect my USB 3.0 case headers: JUSB3 and JUSB4. My motherboard's manual only tells me that those two are used for USB 3.0 case headers. Does it matter which place I connect my USB 3.0 headers?

The reason I ask this is because I fear my video card will block the JUSB3 connection, so I may have to use JUSB4.

which on you use doesn't matter. I have had gpus block usb headers (or close) before. Just use what you can get to.
